Atlanta Journal Constitution Covers TCH Electric Scooter Case

Recently, the AJC published an article on TCH's representation of a woman who was seriously injured when the electric scooter she was riding malfunctioned. The case involves claims of design defect, manufacturing defect, failure to warn, and punitive damages.

After four recent scooter-related deaths, the City of Atlanta has banned riding on electric scooters after dark.
